Hi, I’m Chad.
I’ve spent more than 20 years building businesses, leading teams, and working in construction. Over that time, I’ve learned that a successful project is about much more than materials, schedules, and budgets. It is about understanding what the client is trying to accomplish and taking responsibility for helping them get there.
That mindset is what led me to build TryJax Construction.
We are a commercial general contractor focused on franchise and corporate construction. Our team works on ground-up builds, tenant improvements, remodels, rebrands, and multi-location projects across the country. We understand the pressure that comes with opening a new location, protecting a brand, staying on budget, and meeting a firm opening date.
I enjoy the projects that require creativity, problem-solving, and a team that is willing to step up when things get difficult. My goal is for every client to feel like TryJax is an extension of their own company—not just another contractor on the job.
The most important part of my life is my family. I’m married to Diana, the love of my life and the person who has supported me through every chapter. My son CJ is 23 and currently serving as a United States Marine. Trystan, 21, is building his career with TryJax and following in my footsteps in construction. My youngest son, Jaxson, is chasing his passion for baseball with the same drive and determination that our family brings to everything we do.
For me, TryJax is about more than completing projects. It is about building trust, creating opportunities, and leaving behind something my family and our team can be proud of.

Hi, I’m Diana.
My professional career began in custom home building, where I held multifaceted roles spanning interior design and construction. This experience gave me a comprehensive understanding of the building process from the ground up and sparked my passion for creating functional, beautiful spaces while gaining hands-on, real-world construction experience. I later expanded my expertise into flooring sales, working closely with homeowners, builders, and designers to help bring each project to life with precision and care.
Today, as Co-Founder of TryJax Construction, I combine my background in design, construction, client relations, and company administration to help lead both our projects and day-to-day operations. In addition to overseeing project development from concept to completion, I play an active role in the administrative and organizational side of the business, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and a seamless client experience.
While I take great pride in the work we do, the greatest reward is building alongside family—and those we’ve been fortunate enough to welcome as family. Creating a company rooted in trust, integrity, and lasting relationships is what makes this journey truly meaningful.

Hi, I’m Brady,
I’ve always enjoyed building things and figuring out how they work. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than walking into an empty building and seeing it transformed into a finished space that people can enjoy for years to come.
I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects all over North America, managing everything from planning and scheduling to coordinating vendors and solving the unexpected challenges that come with construction. Every project is unique and that’s one of the things I enjoy most about what I do.
What I love most is taking a client’s vision and turning it into something real. Construction is full of obstacles, but finding solutions and keeping projects moving forward is what drives me every day. Seeing a project come to life and watching clients experience the finished result makes all the hard work worth it.
When I’m not on a job site, I’m usually planning the next one, looking for ways to improve how we build, or exploring new places while traveling. I’m proud to be part of a team that helps bring great ideas to life and delivers spaces our clients can be proud of.

Hi, I'm Garrison.
Construction has always been a part of my life, even if much of my career has been behind the scenes. I like to joke that I was born with a hammer in my hand because building and creating have always come naturally to me.
My background is in business management, supply chain, and project management, but my real passion is building and fixing just about anything.
I love taking on projects with my family, so I understand how much they mean to the people investing in them. Whether it's a home improvement project or a commercial space, every project represents someone's vision. That's why it brings me so much joy to help our clients see their ideas become reality and to watch their projects turn out just the way they imagined.
